It was in a good location, clean and convenient
The room and shared bathroom are comfortable.
There was noise coming from the adjacent rooms at times but they were quiet after 9pm.
There was a lack of human interaction as there is no common area or kitchen. All communication was friendly but done online.

The room was clean and comfortable enough.
The entire pavement of the street had been pulled off for renovations and the host simply forgot to mention it on the booking page AND in the welcome message - there was no description of that and as someone with limited mobility I was very disappointed.
