This beautiful, sun-drenched gallery apartment with a lake view on the 3rd and 4th floors of the “Residenza Ticino” offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation any time of year.
The lower level, with 54 m² of living space, features an open-concept layout. Here you’ll find a spacious, well-equipped open kitchen, a dining area for four people, and a living room with a TV, a Bluetooth-enabled soundbar, and a wood-burning fireplace for coziness on cool days. Large glass doors lead out to two separate, south-facing balconies. One balcony is furnished with a dining table for four people; the second, adjacent to the kitchen, is equipped with a Beefer, which you can use not only for grilling but also for baking pizza. Also located on this level is a bathroom with a sink, bidet, toilet, bathtub, and washing machine. An open staircase leads to the second level, which is approximately 35 m² in size and features two bedrooms, another bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet, as well as a workspace with a charging station for all your devices, in case you need to work from home. Due to the open staircase and the low railing in the open sleeping area, the apartment is not suitable for families with small children.
The apartment includes a parking space in the complex’s enclosed courtyard.
