About this apartment rental
This 2-room vacation rental is located in a small vacation rental complex south of Westerland.
From the entryway, you enter the cozy living/dining room with a sofa, TV, dining area, and an open-concept country-style kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, Nespresso machine). Off the living room is the south-facing terrace with outdoor furniture (seasonal).
From the hallway, a staircase leads down to the basement, where you’ll find the bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, recliner, and TV. The hallway offers plenty of additional closet space and leads directly to the newly renovated shower room. A washing machine is available in the shared laundry room for a fee. The vacation rental includes one parking space. This vacation rental is reserved for non-smokers. A well-behaved dog is permitted upon prior notice (€10 per pet per day).
A few hundred meters to the west, you’ll reach the beach access point at the Sylt Stadium. The train station and Friedrichstraße are also about 10 minutes away.
