About this villa rental
This fantastic, detached villa is located just a few meters from the famous Gennemari sandy beach and is conveniently situated directly across from a supermarket, fish market, butcher shop, pizzeria/restaurant, and ATM. The large, lushly landscaped garden, featuring a green lawn and Mediterranean shrubs, ensures complete privacy. The property consists of a main building and a separate guest house. The light-filled living room (WiFi) in the main building is beautiful, featuring a cozy fireplace nook and dining area. Directly connected to it is the new, well-equipped built-in kitchen. At the rear of the house is the sleeping area, consisting of a room with an extra-wide single bed (1.20 m), a double bedroom, and a room with two beds. There is a guest restroom in the living area and a full bathroom with a shower in the sleeping area. A shaded patio in front of the house and a large patio behind the house with a spacious barbecue area invite you to relax, enjoy a meal, or read. The annex also features a full kitchen with a practical sleeper sofa, a bathroom with a shower, and a spacious double bedroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (cooling/heating), and the bedroom windows are fitted with mosquito screens. A small gate at the back of the garden leads to a driveway behind the house. The garden also features a brick outdoor shower with hot water, several parking spaces, and a large garage with ample storage space (including a washing machine).
