Those who love simplicity and authenticity and want to experience a true countryside vacation will be charmed by this historic Tuscan farmhouse. A genuine farm, nestled in the Tuscan countryside between the towns of Cortona and Montepulciano, surrounded by vineyards and sunflower fields. Le Capanne offers accommodations in a large red-brick farmhouse—a typical rural structure once inhabited by farming families dedicated to working the land. Today, the farmhouse has been converted into a vacation home and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people in a setting that has retained its rural charm. The farmhouse is divided into two apartments. On the first floor is a large, fully renovated living room with a beautiful, fully functional fireplace, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The first floor is accessed via a traditional outdoor stone staircase leading to the living area, which consists of a dining room and kitchen. The first floor features the other four bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. You can spend your days in complete relaxation or enjoy long walks or bike rides to discover the most picturesque corners of the Tuscan countryside. Outside, you’ll find a traditional Tuscan farmyard with outbuildings for the animals: you can see the sheep, rabbits, hunting dogs, and chickens that the owner cares for with passion every day. Guests have access to a bountiful vegetable garden where they can harvest seasonal vegetables. The large private pool, the fully equipped garden, and the authentic charm of a true Tuscan farmhouse will provide the perfect setting for your vacation! Ideal for two families with children.
