About this house rental
Our lovingly renovated vacation home is nestled in the heart of a 1,000-square-meter garden surrounded by nature. It can accommodate up to 8 adults or 6 adults and 7 children. Your hike can start right outside the front door.
From the spacious living room, you can enjoy views of the orchards and forests of Franconian Switzerland. On the large, covered west-facing terrace, you can barbecue, relax comfortably, and enjoy nature while sipping a Franconian “Seidla” beer. Ample parking is available in the driveway area and is, of course, free of charge; the property is completely fenced in.
No bachelor/bachelorette parties, no youth groups.
Unfortunately, pets are NOT allowed here.
Our bathroom door is less than 70 cm wide, so the house is not wheelchair accessible!
Casa Huha Vacation Home:
The open, spacious living room features a large dining table with a corner bench seating 10 to 12 people and a large corner sofa; here you can enjoy cozy vacation days with your friends and family, with warmth provided by a tiled stove and a wood-burning fireplace.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, a stove with an oven, and a dishwasher. In addition to a coffee maker, Nespresso machine, milk frother, toaster, electric kettle, and food processor, you’ll also find sugar, salt, flour, various spices, vinegar and oil, coffee filters, assorted teas, paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets.
Additional amenities at a glance:
Modern bathroom on the first floor with a toilet, large sink including a mirror cabinet, walk-in shower, heated floor and towel rack (including a hair dryer);
spacious closet;
Guest restroom with sink in the basement (includes hair dryer), washing machine, and dryer;
Additional kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave in the basement;
Freezer in the basement;
Bed linens, towels, and dish towels are included. Our vacation home offers free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV in the living room. The kitchen and rooms in the basement are equipped with infrared heaters.
In the pantry, Nespresso capsules and other basic food items and beverages such as beer and water can be taken as needed for a small fee.

1 bedroom on the first floor with a double bed (2m x 2m);
1 bedroom in the basement with a double bed (2 m x 2 m) and a single bed (1 m x 2 m); during the transitional season, the cozy wood-burning stove provides warm comfort;
1 bedroom in the basement with a double bed (2 m x 2 m);
1 bedroom in the attic with three French beds (each 1.40 m x 2 m), a small desk, and space for playing or reading;
Outdoor area:
On the large covered terrace, you’ll find tables and plenty of seating, as well as two cushioned sun loungers. Two charcoal grills are also available.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
