From 15/05/2024: the accommodation will be equipped with a washing machine with integrated dryer + Bosh dishwasher + (from 1 July) a second large flat screen 4K HD TV connected (latest generation, Android TV) in the loggia.

About this property

This large T1bis has a privileged location in a wooded and rather recent residence. It is on the 4th floor out of 5, and the residence is equipped with a lift.
Cleaning is carried out every day in this small residence.

Possibility of a private parking space for 7€/day but otherwise the spaces in the area are free and generally you can find a space without any particular difficulty.

The accommodations are composed of a kitchen, a living room with new furniture (July 2023), a REAL KING SIZE BED (160*200) for the living room and a REAL BED for 2 people (140*200) for the loggia, these are wardrobe beds so with a REAL PRENIUM mattress ("Emma" mattress, voted best mattress by "UFC que choisir", and once the Murphy bed is put away in 15 seconds, a sofa takes place! You will also find a closet.
In addition, the accommodation has a large loggia (covered terrace) with floor-to-ceiling windows.
Finally, you will find a bathroom with toilet.
Last generality, this accommodations are equipped with air conditioning with a programmable mobile air conditioning (to make sure to be less hot in summer).

The living room in which the King Size bed is located is equipped with an electric shutter, so darkness and calm is absolute.
And for the loggia: New electric blind to darken the loggia as desired.
