About this apartment rental
Sunny and spacious, newly renovated apartment perfect for couples, groups of friends, or families. You’ll find a beautiful, large outdoor terrace that’s completely private.
When you book the apartment, you’ll have the entire apartment to yourself. There’s no need to share the apartment or any of the rooms.
Located 2.3 km from the nearest city beach, Kolovare, and a 5- to 6-minute (3 km) drive from the old city center of Zadar.
Nearby (250 m) is a bus stop that will take you easily to the city center.

The apartment is newly renovated in a three-unit building, on a quiet street with almost no traffic, and comfortably accommodates five people. The apartment has its own entrance and terrace.
Three bedrooms, bathroom (with shower and tub), guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen, large outdoor terrace with a beautiful small green garden.

There is also a smart LCD TV with satellite channels (German, Italian, and French channels), air conditioning, a large carport (covered parking) in front of the house, and free Wi-Fi.
Security cameras are located only outside in our parking lot and at the entrance in front of the apartment. When you park your car in our free parking space, it will be secure and safe.

No hidden fees (tourist tax and air conditioning are included in the price).
Everything inside the apartment is available to our guests.
Towels, blankets, and sheets are provided for you.
Two parking spaces are provided.
The outdoor fireplace for BBQ/baking is available for use.

The apartment was immaculate and had all that we needed. The owner met us on arrival and was friendly and informative. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Zadar. It was our first visit to Croatia and a great start to our trip. We travelled from South Australia.
