When we arrived on the 2 nd of October , I requested to check in at 23.00-00.00, which was approved I have confirmation of that from owner of property , but when we arrive no one there to greet us or let us into the property we had to pay another room to stay in till next day and we entered the property on 3 rd of October at 14.30 hours , this was unacceptable and the security staff said no one has attended the property to greet us so I would like a refund please for that night we did not get into the property on the first day of 2 nd October 2026
My friend sat on the chair on the balcony which was covered with cushion and did not notice the chair was faulty until she sat on it and hurt herself crashing to the floor , and also the wardrobe mirrored door has she pulled it to open it came off it’s runner and nearly came to the floor this property as I can see it has not been properly maintained for the next guests to use and the manager who is supposed to attend the property did not see him once

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Al Dau Heights, and I must say it was a truly wonderful experience. The studio I stayed in was modern and clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere throughout my stay. The size of the studio was just right, offering enough space to move around freely without feeling cramped.
One of the standout features of the studio was the entertainment options available. The TV was equipped with Netflix, YouTube, and Disney Plus, which kept us entertained and engaged during our downtime. It was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. The availability of these streaming services added an extra touch of convenience and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The studio offered a breathtaking pool view, which was a real treat. The serene atmosphere and beautiful scenery made for a truly relaxing experience. It was a pleasure to wake up to such a stunning view each morning and spend evenings enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings.
I must commend Jamal, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. He was incredibly accommodating and always ready to assist us. Jamal was not only helpful but also very friendly, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. His assistance in organizing our days and arranging various activities was invaluable and greatly enhanced our overall experience.
The location of Al Dau Heights was ideal, especially for those who enjoy shopping and dining out. With the mall within walking distance, we had easy access to a variety of shops, including popular ones like Starbucks. The presence of many nearby cafes further added to the convenience and provided us with plenty of options for meals and drinks.
I highly recommend Al Dau Heights for anyone seeking a comfortable, modern, and clean studio. The availability of popular streaming services, the amazing pool view, and the excellent location were all highlights of my stay.

This property is in beautiful location, security is brilliant so very safe, pool view and sea view from the apartment is the best in the complex. stunning infinity pool, 3 pools in total. the Owner Hany was the best landlord very responsive to any queries. I will definitely return here again and again. Thank you Hany you made my holiday very special - your apartment was like home from home.
The view from the balcony, is beautiful. the fact that the apartment is beautiful clean, modern and tastefully decorated with washer and large fridge. all you need to do your own food if you want, the fact you have washing machine - next time I will bring less clothes 😀
