I like that it is accessible to nearby bus and train stations and also the view of the skytree in our room is phenominal.
The steep stairs and noise from street.Carrying our heavy suitcases to the 2nd floor is a but challenging and also we have kids so the stairs are not fun. The apartment is situated nearby street-you can hear cars passing by and also the room shakes if large cars passed by.

Overall is good for the family. Facilities are provided and made it feel like home including washing machine (+detergent), sink (+dishwashing liquid), liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and towel.
The toilet is separated from bathroom and they're not next to each other plus the clothes line is slightly small. A bit noisy at night due to the property is on the main road.

The staff was kind to trying to support.
But we asked about extra cleaning service two month in the advance, they told me it's too early to book the cleaning service and need to ask them again for two days before our stay. I asked them again one week before our stay. There are no cleaning service anymore. The room was ok but very noisy from the street kept making sounds from car, shaking whole day and whole night. Couldn't sleep at all for 5 nights. I understood there were very hot weather in Japan October than usual but there was big cockroach day 4, so we needed to sleep together 4 of us same room.
The stairs to the room wasn't easy for 3 large suitcases with 3 children. The TV cable wasn't easy to plug-in, so needed to push in very harder to watch.
