Location was just a short walk to the town

The location is ideal to explore Beverley from. The property is warm, comfortable, well equipped and nicely decorated. The place is spotlessly clean.

The stairs could be an issue for people with mobility issues - they are steep. No other possible problems.

Location and parking

Beds were very uncomfortable and squeaky everytime you moved. Also very dangerous at the top of the stairs coming out one of the bedrooms there is a danger of falling down the stairs so much so we used the sofa bed downstairs to feel safer. Front door one of the locks was missing even though you get two keys. The back door is a bad fit and rattles in the wind. Overall I think the place could do with a bit of maintenance and a refresh. Was clean enough and location is ideal and off road parking is a plus.
