Rien à redire, franchement parfait!
Ce qui m’a déplu ne vient pas de l’hôtel proprement dit mais des constructions gigantesques et franchement moches qui poussent entre l’hôtel et la promenade

Loved the location. Just 50 meters behind the chaos of the main boulevard, in a quiet laneway, Hotel Noel was amazing. A beautifully run family business with exceptionally clean rooms and an amazing breakfast (and coffee). The Hotel has facility for packing cars/motorcycles securely on-site and the host, Diana, is truely welcoming and ready to help out with anything you need. You will not find better value on the Vlorë strip, anywhere.

Great breakfast, helpful staff and great location with easy parking.

Comfy bed.
Dull uninteresting basic room, couldn't get tv to work, internet intermittent, no water/coffee/tea bags in room view of building site
