The view of central London was stunning, especially at night. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The Canary Wharf location was ideal for our trip to an event at the O2 Arena, with easy transport links and everything we needed close by.
The shower looked worn and would benefit from replacing. Noise from the flat above was noticeable in the mornings, and the bed was softer than we would have preferred. A couple of small additions would make the stay even better: two plates, wine glasses, and a few more coffee pods.

Very easy to find, easy access, clean and comfortable.
It was very close to the underground stations and plenty of bars and restaurants near by to keep you entertained.
The only issue we found was that the shower was leaking a little when turned on and the light went out in the bathroom while showering, so we had to keep getting out the shower to activate the light. Apart from that, it was great.

Amazing views from the top. Bed was so comfy!
The noise when the windows were open. It was really hot at the top of the building so had to have them open .. but that couldn’t be helped in the middle of a busy city!

Nice location. Easy access. Good email comms. View is great from top (20th) floor. Coffee making facilities with pods provided.
Shower had significant leak from corroded washer in main assembly. Also no hot water despite running for 10 minutes (gave up and had a finger wash). Also no shower toiletries of note were found, just a hand soap dispenser by the sink. Wouldn't normally be an issue but ad specifically stated so didn't bring any. As it worked out, the hand soap for a finger wash by the sink worked out just fine. Otherwise, all good.
