Not for me.

Great location cute studio

Hi, I wanted to share my experience during my stay, as it was quite disappointing. On the first night, the toilet became blocked. I sent a text to the contact number provided, however it appears to be a system number, so I wasn’t able to send photos. Unfortunately, the WiFi and phone reception in the studio are very poor, so I couldn’t email images either—this made it difficult to properly report the issue. No one attended to fix the problem until day 3. During this time, I had no working toilet and had to leave the studio during the day to find public facilities, only returning at night. This was extremely inconvenient. When someone finally came, they only left a plunger rather than resolving the issue. I also want to note that guests should not exit via the lobby doors. I was unable to lock the padlock properly, so I locked the studio from the inside and exited through the lobby. This resulted in me being locked out with no way to get back in. The contact number provided cannot be called, and there was no one available to assist. I ultimately had to break back in myself using a coat hanger to open the sliding door. There was no support offered during this time, nor any suggestion of alternative accommodation while the toilet was unusable for two days. Initially, I was understanding, but by the second night with no resolution, the situation became very frustrating. Overall, I’m quite disappointed with the experience and the lack of support provided.

Lovely clean spacious place, perfect location and had DFO not far away.

No keys key pad, silly thing but the code then # key is not the # key its a bell so should put in instructions. Otherwise great

All happy and suited us perfectly. Maybe padlock on front door incase of fire option would have been tricky. Need a quicker safer exit and not through the back of building especially if fire there. Neighbours had fire on the 2nd night we were there.
