Beautiful house, very arty & spacious for our adult family of 8. We all loved all the dining areas available outside especially the bbq & pool area for drinks. We used the indoor dining area too, when it rained. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen and condiments in the cupboard for our use. We would highly recommend a stay at this wonderful house. We appreciate being shown around the house by Bernard and he a wife. Thank you.
More T towels in the kitchen area, and hand soap in the bathrooms and a few more toilet rolls in each bathroom. Perhaps some extra hand towels for drying your hair.

location was great , in the middle of the town of Lucon. just a few hundred meters away from the cathedral-
the house is very nice, large and well furnished. with stylish articles.
one sees that the owners have a good taste.
loads of books and a well furnished kitchen.
first, the lady that gave us the keys managed to park her car in front of the garage and as the street was fully parked, that created unnecessary stress upon arrival after 8 hours of driving.she had the nerve to recommend the public parking further up the road to park our car. how about her doing that?
unfortunately it was a cold Christmas week with temperatures around zero and the house was cold on arrival-
it stayed cold in the living room for our entire stay and the chimney did not help.
it spoiled our stay and there was nothing to do about it, one radiator not working did not help either,it was later fixed but the truth was that the house is simply not supposed to be used on a cold winter day
windows had no double glazing so all the heating could not help.
such a house should not be rented out in a cold winter for that high price.
the owner argued that he rad rented it out before on Christmas but if it is a 10 degree Christmas, it might work out but not a freezing temperatures.
what we did not like either was the tightness of some expendables like toilet paper and dishwasher tablets counted down to one per day for the latter. not cool if you a premium rent.
no coffee either, even if there was a machine on hand.
we expected much from our stay but we were disappointed and we strongly recommend not to to rent this location during winter.spring and summer must be nice when you can actually enjoy the pool and the garden and the living room.
the rooms and the kitchen were warm though.
