Ease of access. Secure for dogs. Equipment provided. Even towels for dogs. Fresh milk in fridge. Secure parking behind electric closing gates.
Wasn’t sure which bins to use on property for waste one would not put in room bin.

It's a perfect little apartment basically, all in a "shed", with a little garden full of wildlife. Kitchen was fully equipped (I only ever used the kettle and fridge though), the bed was very comfy, i loved to sit in the garden with my coffee. Bill was very kind and listened to my proposal about the sofa situation :) I was allowed to park in the yard, so no worries about street parking. for my needs, everything was perfect.
for my needs, everything was perfect.
