Overall, this is unfortunately a worn property with an unacceptable level of cleanliness. Lack of comfort as the beds le

It was close to everything we needed. Good parkingspace. We were two families and it was alot of space for us. The community felt safe.

When we booked the accommodation, we selected it after reading a large number of reviews, and our expectations were therefore high. The location was excellent, and the area felt safe and secure. Unfortunately, there were several aspects that were less satisfactory. Upon our arrival, we immediately noticed that the cleanliness was substandard. There were hair strands hanging on the shower wall and hair in two of the beds. The beds themselves were in poor condition, and after contacting the owner, a technician inspected one of them. He declared the bed unusable and stated that it needed to be replaced. This was never done during our three-week stay, meaning we slept in a broken bed for the entire duration. After two weeks, one of the rooms was invaded by ants, and our daughters were bitten during the night. We contacted the owner immediately, but no action was taken during our stay. When we arrived at the house, we had pre-booked a crib and a high chair. These were not available upon arrival and were delivered first after we contacted the owner the next day. Unfortunately, the crib was broken. Kitchen equipment such as frying pans should be replaced immediately, as they were in very poor condition. The kitchen table was extremely dirty and of a design that makes it impossible to clean properly without being disassembled. The door to one of the upstairs bathrooms could not be closed or locked. Small but important things that every one of course expected to work. The pool was dirty and did not meet our expectations considering the high cost of the accommodation. During our entire stay, we did not observe any maintenance of the pool, either in terms of cleaning or chemical treatment. As pool owners ourselves, this raised concerns toward the end of our stay, as we are well aware of what proper pool maintenance requires. During our three-week stay, several neighbors hosted parties in the evenings and at night.

House and management company were great

Location was 5 minutes from everything very convenient. Amenities were very nice.

The clubhouse check in staff could be a little more welcoming after 7 days I was petty tired of having to show my reservation confirmation. Also the bar or ice cream shack only took cash which was a bit odd and very inconvenient.
