It is a big space, and beautifully presented. The pool area is fabulous and it was very comfortable. Also the location was perfect.
The shower in the master en suite flooded when we used it - we think the drain may be blocked? Also the bbq would benefit from a light.

I loved the swan jets in the jacuzzi, they really helped soothe my back. The outdoor fire pit area and barbecue were great places for entertaining your family and the pool provided lots of fun too. The house stayed remarkably cool despite the hot weather. Adrian the house keeper did a great job welcoming and responding to our requests and ensured a great stay for all.

Spacious villa , plenty rooms with 2 lovely bathrooms , big outdoor space
The outside area was very poorly maintained. The pool and jacuzzi were not clean on our arrival and were not cleaned during our stay as promised. We also had to clean the outside flooring, BBQ and fire pit ourselves before we could use them. There were no umbrellas provided around the sun loungers, making it difficult to enjoy the outdoor space during the hottest parts of the day.
The villa also requires better overall maintenance. We reported several issues both inside and outside the property, including a broken chair, loose pipework, a leaking air conditioning unit in the main bathroom (which meant we had to keep towels on the floor), a broken toilet seat, and a cooker extractor that wasn’t working. While these issues were acknowledged, they should ideally have been resolved before guests arrived.
The most concerning issue was the number of cockroaches we encountered. We had to deal with them on most days of our stay. We were told that the resort is sprayed every Friday, but unfortunately this did not appear to resolve the problem, and the spraying itself was unpleasant to experience. We hope further treatment is carried out so that future guests do not have the same experience.
