The place was amazing. Clean, comfortable, well equipped even in the kitchen. We loved the area. It was a short walk to Queensway, full of supermarkets and lovely restaurants. It is also right between two underground stops of different linea so the travel was super convenient wherever we wanted to go.
The bathroom is really tiny but it was clean and well equipped so it was okay over all anyway.

Is quiet and comfortable enough for a few nights stay in London, staffs are friendly and quite responsive when needed .
Distance from the train station is a bit far with lots of luggage

Good location
We could hear a screaming baby at night, the walls were incredibly thin and the people in the apartment above sounded like elephants! The place was dark and fairly uncomfortable - nothing like the pictures of the apartment that I thought I had booked. I hated being in the apartment.
