It felt very Venetian

Centrally located, well appointed suite (a free upgrade!) with a modern bathroom, air conditioning in a historic building that has been repurposed well.
The elevator door got stuck so I was reluctant to try it again but the stairs are manageable.

Glass blowing tour was amazing. Staff was extremely attentive. Messages were answered immediately. Made me feel at ease when I didn't know where to go. Sent videos so that we knew where the hotel was. Organized my transportation and would have made all reservations for restaurants if needed. Extremely happy with the service.

Excellent location, comfortable bed and up to date bathroom đź‘Ť
STAIRS to reach the office and elevator from the street. Our accommodations had additional steep stairs . Prior to booking there should be a mention that there are stairs to navigate.
No fire exit!!! Not well staffed.
