Couldn’t stay and had to leave
No food was included
It was dirty and really old. Wouldn’t use the showers, the water heaters leaked all over the floor. No where did it mention it was an alcohol free site

La posizione dell' appartamento il Reef, il personale gentile e disponibile
Abbiamo soggiornato al Shark bay oasis, un complesso misto residenziale e hotel, con piscine , e un locale, il basata veramente bello e tipico .. la spiaggia non è curatissima , la gente è di base poco rispettosa e sporca molto , la il reef non ha uguali alle spiaggie vicine , c e una vasta varietà di pesci e coralli, se si è fortunati si può vedere la manta , una murena gigante e un pesce napoleone davvero bellissimo ! L appartamento è grande e spazioso, l unica pecca è la sicurezza se si hanno dei bambini, e noi ne abbiamo 2, ci sono spazi aperti nella passerella di legno di accesso all appartamento a cui prestare attenzione , come si vede nelle foto.
Il problema più grosso è stato lo SPORCO PIU TOTALE del appartamento, dalle foto rende molto bene , davvero sporco in maniera imbarazzante e problematica .
Abbiamo mosso mezzo mondo per non risolvere nulla per le pulizie , (capito dopo che la loro idea di pulizia è diversa dalla nostra italiana ), mia figlia soffre di allergie e asma ed ha avuto una reazione davvero forte da portarci a cercare farmacie ovunque in cerca del medicinale più forte , quando dico che è sporco è una cosa lurida ,parlo di mutande sopra il depuratore , pezzi di scovolino da denti a terra, peli pubici a terra e nella vasca ,patch struccanti sporchi dentro gli armadi, 2 dita di polvere ovunque , zanzariere rotte o non presenti ovunque , quindi costretti ad utilizzare il clima sempre , doccia e vasca sporchi .
Abbiamo sollecitato sia booking (attendiamo una risposta concreta) che il ragazzo che ci ha aperto l appartamento via whatsapp ,sono venuti a 'pulire a modo suo' ma non hanno fatto altro che passare uno straccio già sporco in tutto l appartamento e tolto un po' la polvere .. il resto è rimasto uguale .
