Pleasant Stay !
Clean and Neat place. I had a pleasant stay. Walking distance away from my office and had a lot of eateries in the vicinity. Overall quite happy with the place.

Catastrophique, traumatisé psychologique et physiquement
Le studio se trouve dans un immeuble vétuste. Il n’y a pas d’isolation sonore et lumière. Il y a un restaurant en bas que l’on entend pendant l’heure d’ouverture. Des gens dans l’immeuble se fréquentant dans la cour s’amusent et hurlent jusque tard dans la nuit. L’odeur et moisissure se sentaient très fort en y entrant.
Dans le studio, le frigo n’est pas au norme qui génère des bruits aussi fort qu’un générateur électrique. La ventilation n’est pas fonctionnelle ou n’existe pas provoquant une humidité permanente dans le studio. Le couvercle de la cuvette est déformé. Les vaisselles ne sont pas proprement nettoyées.
Ce n’est pas une vrai chambre ni un vrai lit. Le matelas est posé sur des barres en bois (ce n’est pas un sommier). Les oreillers sont complètement usés, aplatis et pas du tout confortables, à cause desquels j’ai du utiliser mes vêtements pour imiter un oreiller.
Le pire c’était que j’ai été attaqué dès la première nuit par des punaises de lit que je n’ai découvertes qu’à partir du deuxième nuit par des démangeaisons, des éruptions cutanées douleureuses et des points de piqûre visibles. J’ai commencé à informer le propriétaire après avoir tué la deuxième punaise. Il a d’abord dit qu’il ne pouvait rien faire avant mon départ, puis après avoir visualisé des photos que je lui avais envoyé, il a fait semblance de me trouver une solution (me transférer dans un autre logement), mais au bout du 5eme jour, toujours rien, je lui ai envoyé de nouvelles photos de piqûre puisqu’il croyait que tout s’arrangeait tout seul et que je ne dirait rien. La, il m’a demandé de partir en me faisant des promesses de me rembourser des jours non consommés et une indemnisation de 250$ et même plus et m’a demandé de contacter Booking.com ; depuis le propriétaire ne m’a plus répondu.
J’ai eu beaucoup de difficulté de contacter le service client de booking (le No français et international n’étant pas fonctionnel).
