The place was nice and clean and located at a very nice area and close to the beach and mall that's a plus.
They need to be changing bedsheets or at least put up extra bed sheets in the cupboard, the toilet needs to get non see through glasses. Air freshener needs to be placed in the toilet area. No mop.

Die Küche hätten wir gerne zu Hause 😅, seitlicher Meerblick, modernes Appartement, gute Lage, freundliche Security
Leider weder Heizung (aktuell kalte Räume), noch Klimaanlage, aber immerhin ein kleiner Heizlüfter, die Möbel auf dem Balkon sind ziemlich verrostet, etwas Waschpulver wäre cool gewesen, das Bad ist zwar super, aber für das WC wäre Milchglas etwas angenehmer gewesen, außerdem sind in der Dusche Schimmel und Kalk, Haare auf dem Teppich, der Boden ist schmierig/fettig, die Bettwäsche ist stellenweise kaputt, ab etwa 5h hört man ständig Klospülungen und Geräusche aus Wasserrohren, ab ca. 06:30h schreiende Leute auf Parkplatz und kurz später beginnen Bauarbeiten (es ist also laut!), auf den ersten Blick wirklich cooles Appartement, aber doch etwas abgenutzt und nicht 100%ig sauber

The property was clean and spacious. It is also modern. I like the kitchen and the bed was comfortable.The property is located near the beach and the mall is so close.
The towels and beddings are kinda old. I would have preferred the beddings to be white or at least new.

Toilet paper. Way to complex stove, - was just looking for microwave
- furniture needs attention
- remote batteries flat. (We bought new once)
- shower door need maintenace
