Since this was my first time using an A&B instead of a regular hotel, checking in was a bit unfamiliar and inconvenient. But I considered it a good learning experience for next time, so it wasn't a problem at all. The place was clean and absolutely perfect for a small family. I'll definitely stay here again!

Clean and well arranged apartment

The property was clean, well stocked and in a lovely walkable neighborhood. The only issues we had was there were no tongs in the kitchen and the shower liner was very stained and a little dirty. Bedroom was very nice and comfortable. No AC in the property so it got warm inside during the day but having the windows open in the evening cooled it right down. There were lots of towels which was very appreciated, as well as having a convenient parking spot right in front of the property. The bedroom window didn't have a screen so bugs occasionally got in which was not great. Overall very happy though with our stay and we will be definitely looking to stay again in the future

Do not rent from this company! It is a scam! They ask you to pay upfront and then when you arrive they refuse to give you check in instructions or even tell you which unit you e booked. I called their number and they kept hanging up on me. They sent me a form to fill out and it was impossible to submit it without errors. When I called hotels.com for help, they likewise were unable to get in touch with this company / rental. Eventually I had to rent another place for the night. Now they’re refusing to refund my money. Horrible customer service at best, complete fraud perhaps more likely.

About this apartment rental

Located in Calgary, this welcoming apartment lets you experience it all. Bow River is an easy 14-minute walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make short work of the 6-minute drive to Seton Cineplex Cinemas and VIP.

As you settle into the place, you'll find a sitting area, a dining area, and a desk. Connect to the free WiFi, or get cozy in front of the digital TV (streaming services available). Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, free toiletries, and towels.
