With a size of approximately 54 square meters, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Located right next to the spa park and just a few minutes away from the “Kap Hoorn” children’s playground and a public parking lot, the apartment is ideal for families. The spa square, the bathhouse/wave pool, and the pedestrian zone are also just a 5- to 6-minute walk away.
The modern kitchen-living room, featuring a large window and a sliding door leading to the 24-square-meter balcony, lets in plenty of light. The apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom is ideally suited for children and features a loft bed and other amenities. The bathroom has a large rain shower (80 x 120 cm), and a window here also provides natural light. The balcony is also accessible from one of the bedrooms.
