Pineda Lakefront Vacation Retreat – Create treasured memories with family and friends when you stay in this inviting 3 bedroom / 2 bath lakeside getaway (private townhouse with carport, all on one level). Fabulous views of Lake Pineda from almost every room. Sip coffee and watch the sunrise from the large deck or catch a sunset on the swim/fish dock. With fresh furnishings, enjoy lounging in the comfy living room (HDTV with cable) and share a meal together in the dining area for six overlooking the water. The renovated kitchen has lake views from every window and is well stocked for all your cooking needs. The primary suite includes a king bed, TV for streaming, and a renovated bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 (XL) twin beds and includes an adjoining second bathroom with tub and shower, plus another TV for streaming. The third bedroom offers a queen bed. Wireless internet included (works great). Easy access to the dock. Just a short distance to several golf courses, the tennis and fitness center, several walking trails and multiple gates. Easy access to the lake. Visitors are welcome to bring fishing gear, kayaks and/or paddle boards (use dock at your own risk). Board games, cards, and puzzles found in the house add to the fun atmosphere! Owner visits often to ensure property is well maintained. We had a great stay! We met our family in Hot Springs for Thanksgiving and hosted at this house. Check-in and check-out was detailed and organized. The house was very clean, well decorated, in a quite neighborhood, kitchen was well stocked with anything needed for cooking, and many games/puzzles/books for enjoyment. The lake view is incredible! We will definitely be back in the summer!

This Hot Springs Village lake house was a perfect getaway for my small group. The neighborhood was safe and quiet because of the gate! The lake front views were perfect for drinking coffee in the mornings and it’s only a 25 minute drive from downtown! Truly a perfect weekend getaway!

This place was clean, good location and offered a great stay for family or group. the kitchen was very well equipped. It would be a breeze to entertain here.
