About this house rental
The newly completed house is located in an olive grove consisting of very old trees with
a unique character. The terrace, the pool, and most of the rooms
offer a magnificent view of the Adriatic Sea.
A large portion of the terrace is covered, providing shade in the summer. The outdoor kitchen, featuring
a built-in gas grill and gas cooktop, is perfect for barbecuing and cooking.
Swimming in the infinity pool (with saltwater technology and UV disinfection) is a special
experience, as you practically become one with the Adriatic Sea on the horizon.
A unique feature of the house is its energy self-sufficiency, made possible by a very high-quality
photovoltaic system. This system generates electricity, which is stored in batteries. Should
the very high storage capacity ever prove insufficient to supply enough power
—due to weather conditions or high consumption—a generator automatically kicks in.
All rooms are equipped with a decentralized ventilation system that ensures a pleasant indoor climate
and minimizes the use of the existing air conditioning.
The complex also consists of 3 trulli and a lamia, which, however, are not available for rent

The house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the unique beaches of the Adriatic Sea, the
Ionian Sea, and the historic towns worth visiting. The distance to the Adriatic Sea is approximately 4
km, and to Carovigno about 3 km. Other historic towns, such as Ostuni, Alberobello, Locorotondo,
to name just a few, are located in the immediate vicinity.
