About this house rental
Come and discover the Rhuys peninsula in the Gulf of Morbihan.
In a very quiet area at the end of a cul-de-sac you will love our house which will bring you all the comfort of a modern house, very bright with its large bay windows that open onto a covered terrace and a pretty south-facing garden.
Located in Saint Armel,
This superb new house (2021) of 120m² modern and decorated with care can accommodate up to 6 people. It has 1 master bedroom with a large dressing room and an en-suite bathroom, 2 offices converted into a secondary bedroom (BZ of 140x190)
A second large bathroom (8m2) equipped with a spacious walk-in shower.
2 separate toilets.
You will discover the large living room of 52 m2 very bright with a large screen TV of 163 cm with wifi access.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, citrus juicer. Being our main residence all the crockery is at your disposal.
In the laundry room adjoining the kitchen you will find a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine, dryer as well as an iron and ironing board.
As for the exterior:
It has a fenced garden with garden furniture and a 55 m² terrace with its jacuzzi and plancha. You can park your vehicles outside in front of the house or under the carport (2 vehicles).

St Armel, is part of the Regional Natural Park of the Gulf of Morbihan,
Charming little village on the Rhuys peninsula, 500m from the village and its bakery renowned for its Gohtial, 2 minutes from the beaches of the gulf, large shops 10 minutes away.
Nearby, the Tascon Islands, the Saint-Armel passage.
Within a few minutes drive you are to the large and beautiful beach of Penvins and the castle of Suscinio.
The GR® 34 hiking trail from Saint-Armel, which allows you to go all around the Rhuys peninsula, this 110-kilometre coastal loop offers the hiker superb views of the Gulf of Morbihan, its many islands and the oyster beds of the region.
10 minutes from the 4 lanes to easily visit Vannes and other cities of Morbihan.
