Friendly helpful staff, great location, very comfy beds. We had the quadruple room as a family of four. My boys had a curtain shielding off their bed space which they liked. Suitcase storage under the beds. Roof space was great for the evenings. Other guests were chatty and good company. We’d recommend this place.
Toilets on our floors, sinks on the floor above, showers on the floor below. Good for the step count at least! Good place to stay, good public transportation, price and stores near by.

It was a good location, clean and easy access to all you need.
Lack of communication with the staff, front doors are lock or not it's not consistent.
Only two woman showers for the all building. If it's busy good luck.
Common area isn't welcoming. Water station doesn't always work. No sink.

It was clean and did have all the facilities I needed
The light stays on over the night. All the signage is a bit extra. Late night guests check in process was unnecessarily disruptive.
