This was not simply a case of experiencing one or two minor issues during our stay. Throughout the entire accommodation
We were completely dissatisfied with every aspect of this stay.
This was not simply a case of experiencing one or two minor issues during our stay. Throughout the entire accommodation period, we experienced a series of serious problems, including inaccurate property information, hygiene concerns, equipment failures, failure of essential facilities, and the complete inability to contact the property during an emergency.
These issues go far beyond normal inconvenience and the accommodation failed to provide a safe, comfortable environment that matched the description provided on Booking.com.
We stayed as a group of 10 people, including elderly family members and children. This was supposed to be a long-awaited family holiday where everyone could relax and enjoy their time together. However, from the moment we checked in, we were forced to deal with one problem after another. Instead of enjoying our holiday, everyone experienced significant stress, inconvenience and distress.
1. Property Information Did Not Match Reality (Misrepresentation)
The Booking.com listing clearly stated that the property had air conditioning. However, in reality, only 2 out of the 5 bedrooms had working air conditioning, which was completely inadequate for a group of 10 people.
Furthermore, there was no information on Booking.com at the time of booking stating that the air-conditioning system was faulty, damaged or unavailable.
We made our booking based on the information and facilities advertised on Booking.com. If the actual situation had been accurately disclosed, we would never have chosen this property.
2. Hygiene and Basic Facility Issues
At check-in, we immediately discovered that one of the pillows had obvious mould-like marks/stains. We photographed it and informed the property immediately.
The property responded that it was only a stain and not mould. However, regardless of whether it was mould or severe staining, this clearly shows that the accommodation failed to provide bedding that met basic hygiene standards.

Nicht empfehlenswert – enttäuschender Aufenthalt / Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price
