A big disappointment

The location was good.

Helena never came to greet us or show us around the apartment. We could use the TV because no one knew how to use it. The bathroom was filled with toxic mold. The floors were filthy dirty. My new slippers were black on the bottom by the 2nd day. The pans in the kitchen were beat up and scratched up non stick pans. More toxins :(. We were only given one bath and one hand towel for the whole week. The beds were not comfortable and could smell previous clients on the pillows. The sofa cover in the living room was never washed after previous guests and was sunken in and very comfortable. I left in the middle of the week to find better accommodation. A dirty mop and bucket were left out in the hallway.I paid 100 euros as a cleaning fee and Helena insisted we pay cash at the beginning of our stay for cleaning fee. I traveled 2 days from USA to stay at this place. A big disappointment.

Oud appartement, niet aan te bevelen als je houdt van netjes en compleet

De ligging

Het was oud en slecht onderhouden. Geen beautiful appartement met swimmingpool waardig
