The location and amenities of the apartment were really good. It was beautifully decorated and spacious for a city centre apartment. The beds were very comfortable and loads of storage space.
Shampoo and shower gel is provided and loads of towels.
There are a few good restaurants nearby and a small supermarket. Triana market is 10 mins across the bridge.
The check in process was very poor. The instruction says you will receive a door code at 3pm. Nothing was sent and after a few messages via booking.com it was apparent we had not been sent a message to enable us to check in online with our passports. Once this was sorted 45 minutes later we could check in. This was a very stressful start to our holiday. I am glad that we had not arrived late at night. Once in the apartment it was gorgeous and we enjoyed the rest of our stay immensely. Check in process was not good in our experience.
We were using the sofa bed in the living room, a thicker black out blind would be good as there is street lighting outside.
The front door to the apartment at times would not shut /lock behind you. As we were on the ground floor this was a bit concerning.

L’emplacement, la décoration, la réactivité du personnel qui gère l’appartement
Dommage, l’isolation sonore est faible, on entend beaucoup les voisins du dessus et le bruit dans la rue( la nuit surtout)

The location was perfect. Walking distance to all the major attractions. As we were with an infant, it was very helpful.
The stuffs were very helpful too. Responded within minutes whenever we contacted.
No day lights. From the apartment, it was not possible to differentiate days from nights.
