Clean and modern hotel - comfortable stay
Slightly further from Canmore centre (walkable but over a busy road). No space in the spa sadly!

i like how relaxing the vibe is and how clean it is. Its just our room (106) door is slightly have a space on the lower area when its closed. (U can see through it when u close it from inside)
Maybe the lack of microwave.. we have a toddler that needs to heat up most of her food and also our coffe when it gets cold.

At 730am and 330pm no hot water. At 11am there was. They said it was fixed, next morning ran for 8 mins (timed it) no hot water. Gave up. Hot tub was a warm tub 95degrees.
Noisy outside right beside highway.
Also said I had mobility issues they put me in 243 which was about as far of a walk as they could put me. They did give us complimentary spa pass. We used 3.5 hrs and that was enough. Have had better spas for cheaper.
No bathtub in room. Rooms small but really for 280$ a night I didn’t expect much. No one to help with luggage at 8 am checkout on a Wednesday.
Great location easy to get to. Parking spots very tight even for small SUV. Beds not comfortable. Been in Alberta over a week and this was worst hotel so far.
