The space, the cleanliness, friendliness and the proximity to the venue.
I can't really say any because all what I requested was always fulfilled. The staff and the owners are peaceful and friendly in deed.

An absolutely wonderful stay at Coastal Cozy! From start to finish everything was perfect. The place is spotless, cozy and exactly like the pictures - stylish, comfortable and well-equipped. A special thank you to my host Emmanuelle, she was amazing! Very kind, professional and always responsive. She made check-in and communication so easy and made me feel truly welcome. Also big thanks to Tatenda the housekeeping attendant, she was so friendly, helpful and ensured everything was in order. You can see the love and care they put into this place. I felt safe, at home and well taken care of. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Cape Town. I will definitely be back!
Nothing at all - everything was perfect. Thank you to Emmanuelle, Daniel, Tatenda and the Coastal Cozy Team!
