Moldy dirty apt with hard beds and loud noise.
Owner was nice.we had to leave early because of mold and loud noise from water pump.
Moldy ceiling tiles and more mold all over shower. Dirty floors and very dirty walls in bathroom. The shower was really dirty and moldy. Outdoor pump made constant noise and disrupted sleep. Beds were very hard. Living room futon had lumpy springs that were impossible to sit on. It advertised a TV. No TV was there. Found two half empty water bottles by my bed. The gate out front was an inconvenience when entering and exiting property. The dogs barked full on every time you came and went. The steps were steep to the little apartment when bringing up groceries. Here's what the place needs to come up to standards. The whole place could use a coat of paint especially the bathroom. The bathroom tiles need to be finished and cleaned professionally as they are filthy. Make sure the place is cleaned thoroughly between guests. I have pictures of when I checked in. I'd love to show you everything that I saw. Do something about the pump from the noise it's hard enough to fall asleep on those hard beds with this noise going off every few minutes. You can't help the dogs barking but it's not a good thing either. The people are nice the place just needs a rehab. You definitely don't want to stay there the way it is. At $71 a night it was absolutely outrageous for what you got. We found a brand new place for 6 days for $250. I had to pay $215 for three nights at this dump. I'm sorry the people were so nice but the place was disgusting. They live in a beautiful house so they know how to keep house. I don't know who cleans the apartment but at best it was swept in some areas and not in others. Nothing else was cleaned. It did appear that the sheets were changed. On a scale from 1 to 10 it was a 2. Just a place to rest your head on a hard bed with noise every few minutes. I'm still hacking up crap from being around the mold. I got sick from staying there.
