The location was fabulous. I am travelling alone and could walk everywhere easily and felt safe. The apartment is small but very comfortable and clean. Wifi worked really well and the shower was small as expected but great hot water. The staff were prompt and helpful answering any questions I had. The accommodation is very close to the floating ball…located across the street from the end of green bridge in the picture. A walk to the Duomo.

The room had a good amount of utensils and various equipment for making meals etc, not that I used much of it. The air conditioning was easy to use and the bed was comfortable. The free washing up kits proved very helpful.
The housekeeper was easily contactable and responded to queries.
The apartment is rather small and you have to move things around in some cases. In particular, the shower cubicle is very small and the shower curtain had holes in it. There was no recycling bin obviously provided, and I had to get a spare bin out from a cupboard..
