Luxury stone property in the heart of a landscaped park on the outskirts of Sarlat. Private pool. Panoramic view. Enclosed parking. Absolutely charming.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:

La Croix d’Allon Haute features the following on the first floor:

* a superb living area of over 60 m² with 5-meter-high ceilings and natural light streaming through. The living area is elegantly furnished with two sofas, armchairs, and a coffee table, arranged around the magnificent hewn-stone fireplace. Large-screen TV. The designer table and its large bar cabinet invite you to share happy moments of togetherness.
* The adjoining small lounge features a sofa, a coffee table, and plenty of board games for all ages.
* The kitchen is fully equipped (semi-professional 5-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, drip coffee maker...) so you can prepare delicious Périgord specialties right there, using ingredients brought back from the nearby Sarlat market.
* Adjacent to it, the dining room—with exposed stone walls and beams—features a table with a built-in extension and 10 chairs. Access to the covered terrace, draped in wisteria.
* A separate half-bath with a sink completes this level.

Beautiful property, responsive manager, great house for a couple of families with plenty of roo. For kids. Pool was nice and large though the weather was a bit cool when we were there. Kitchen could use a few more staples to make it more convenient- olive oil, a few spices, extra dishwasher pods etc.
