The house consists of, on the first floor, a charming and very well equipped kitchen, a spacious and bright living/dining room with beautiful teak table, air conditioner, fireplace, sofa, teak coffee table, large screen TV, a veranda, separate toilet, 1 first bedroom with 1 double bed, fitted wardrobes, and a pretty adjoining veranda for a small reading break, a second attractive bedroom equipped with 1 double bed, and fitted wardrobes, as well as a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Upstairs a mezzanine will welcome you with its balcony overlooking the pool and countryside, and distributes two attic bedrooms each with 1 double bed and cupboards, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside, for your moments of relaxation, you will find a terrace with 8 X 4 m swimming pool, deckchairs, a barbecue,
The shaded garden will also allow you to take a little nap or a game of pétanque.
