The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. Also the support from staff on the phones was great because I was kept in the loop about when keys were ready.
During the check-in process I was not able to pick up the keys to the apartment at the expected time.

Great location, easy walk to train station, shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the roof terrace and pool table.
Both beds had way too soft mattresses and cheap flat pillows. Sofas and chairs also cheap and uncomfortable. Didn’t feel ‘luxury’. Can’t complain about the black decor as knew what we were booking but black isn’t a great interior design colour imo. Unsightly water stains on ceiling and broken wobbly toilet seats.
