Good for what it needed to be, nothing more.

Good location, good communication with the property for collecting the entrance code of the apartment.

Not all blankets and pillows were directly available from the start, however that was sorted out after sending a whatsapp message to the venue.

Be careful when booking

Very disappointing stay. Be careful when booking: I specifically booked the Attic apartment, the most expensive option, but received a different (much smaller) apartment with no balcony. I reported this immediately. Later that week I asked for a refund of the price difference, but did NOT receive a solution. There were also a huge number of mosquitoes ik the room, even though I kept the windows closed. It took me almost the entire six-night stay to finally get rid of most of them. My studio also had a very steep, straight staircase leading up to the bed, with no steps. So I would definitely not recommend this studio to anyone with mobility issues. One of my colleagues also had an apartment where the air conditioning did not work (one of the downstairs apartments). The location is good, especially if you visiting MiCo congress centre.

Serious Safety Issue – Unable to Exit the Apartment

Just the location

Unfortunately, we had a very stressful experience. The main issue was the entrance door, which did not open properly and left us unable to leave the apartment for around 30 minutes. The host said the problem had been fixed, but the same issue happened again. We explained that we needed to leave at 6:00 in the morning. The host told us she would be awake to let us out, but she was not there when we needed to leave. As a result, we were unable to leave on time and were late for our journey. This was particularly distressing for me because I am claustrophobic. Being unable to get out of the apartment caused significant anxiety and made us feel unsafe. The host was aware of the problem, but unfortunately the solution was not reliable. Being able to safely exit an accommodation should be a basic requirement.

Great value apartment

Very clean room, comfortable bed. Also the kitchen was well equipped, good coffee included. Location is good, close to the metro, trams and buses. The bathroom is also quite clean and spacious enough. The couch available is quite comfy too and the TV screen is big enough.

Práctico, limpio y bien cuidado. La estación del metro esta a 10 minutos caminando, se puede llegar en él facilmente al Duomo en 30 minutos.

La cama esta en un segundo nivel. (Como si fuera estilo litera, pero solo la de arriba)
