Really friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect to explore the city. Beautifully traditional and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is great value and the complimentary coffee and cake between 5-7pm is a nice touch.

Great location and very nice boutique hotel. It was very convenient to get around; it was super central and also very convenient for transportation, as most of the main stations and buses were nearby. The hotel also provides a 24/7 cafe/teas/milk ect and they have an afternoon tea reception were provide several cookies and fresh cakes. It was definitely a great touch and experience.
I felt the breakfast was a bit limited in choices. Just a few pastry options and no warm food like eggs or sausages. I think it would be nice to offer more variety for breakfast, especially if it were a paid option.

Wonderful boutique hotel well located in old quarter. Charming, comfortable and cool rooms with very high ceilings, lovely cool floors, good bathroom, huge beds and friendly, delightful young staff.

Good location and kind staff. Felt safe.
Air conditioner was not working. Staff told me it was because I did not turn it on - I obviously tried to turn it on before. They then told me it takes time for it to fully cool the unit so I left it on all day and it still did not work. There was an obvious warning on the thermostat and I sent them a picture and it was never addressed. I gave up on trying to communicate to them about it and just opened the window. Loud area as very narrow streets
