Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders praktisch sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe – Lidl, Aldi, Netto und Rossmann sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen und liegt nur etwa 20–30 Minuten entfernt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist groß, ausreichend Platz, gute Schlafmöglichkeiten. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern vor Ort. Haben die Wohnung nur als Schlafmöglichkeit übers Wochenende genutzt. Waren aufgrund einer Familienfeier (Hochzeit) in WHV.

Achtung Verletzungsgefahr!!!

An sich ist der Schnitt der Wohnung sehr gut, doch die gefährlichen Mängel machen sie eigentlich nicht vermietbar.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung war eine große Enttäuschung und hat uns in unglaubliche Umstände versetzt. Bereits am ersten Tag kam es zu einem Unfall, der noch glimpflich ausging: Eine defekte Terrassentür im Schlafzimmer viel komplett aus den Angeln und streifte meine 8-jährige Tochter und verletzte sie. Ein solcher Vorfall hätte durch einfache Maßnahmen verhindert werden können (etwa durch eine Verlattung oder auffälligem Flatterband oder dem Hinweis, das ein Raum nicht nutzbar ist aufgrund von Reparaturarbeiten). Doch stattdessen wurden die Mängel nicht ausreichend kommuniziert oder behoben. Und anstatt sich für den Vorfall zu entschuldigen, der meine Tochter verletzte, unterstellte uns der Vermieter unsachgemäße Bedienung, weil ein DIN A5 Zettel auf Höhe von 1,65 m gewarnt habe, und meine Tochter mit ihren 1.28 das hätte lesen müssen. Darüber hinaus bestärkt er seine Aussage damit, dass meine Tochter mit ihren 20 kg Körpergewicht zu stark an der Tür gezogen hätte und sich nicht wundern müsse, wenn diese auf sie herabfiele. Wir haben aufgrund des Vorfalls und der Unfähigkeit des Vermieters zur Instandsetzung des Defektes den Raum sofort abschließen lassen, um die Gefahr abzuwenden, was die Mietsache um einen Raum verringerte. Dennoch gab es hier auch kein Entgegenkommen des Vermieters. Darüber hinaus sind uns noch weitere Mängel aufgefallen: Die Terrassentür im Wohnzimmer war nicht nutzbar, der Balkonholzfußboden des am Wohnzimmer angrenzenden Balkons ist verwittert und splittergefährdet. Die 2 Schlafzimmer haben auch Zugang zu einem Balkon der schwer in die Jahre gekommen ist und dessen Glassichtschutz gebrochen ist. Zusammenfassend sollte die Sicherheit der Gäste oberste Priorität haben, doch hier scheint Profit vor Verantwortung zu gehen. Eine Ferienwohnung sollte ein Ort der Erholung sein, doch in diesem Fall mussten wir uns mit unnötigen Risiken und Ärgernissen auseinandersetzen.
