Definitely a great location. You can walk to most iconic sites in Milan, and it’s a very lively area. The apartment is very spacious.
A small thing were the chairs. We booked the apartment for 6 people, but they only had 4 chairs, so 2 had to eat standing up. They should add 2 chairs asap.
The building is super old, and they have fitted a tiny elevator, for 2 people. We were traveling with outlets parents, around 80 years old. The lift gets stuck very often and forced them to climb the stairs for 3 floors. Obviously a big issue. I’d you’re traveling with older people choose another place.

Loved the location, quiet rooms and excellent communication with the host. Super clean and spacious, comfy beds and very safe neighborhood with groceries and restaurants close by and the tourist area easy to walk too.

Location, good communication with staff, good sized rooms.
Broken faucet, detached gasket in shower, paint chipped on door edges, bar in large bedroom closet to hang clothes is 7/8 feet high and unreachable, no where to hang wet towels in main bath, dirty mirror, inadequate hall lighting, dangerous step an both ends of long, angled, dark hallway, old dirty dustpan and broom at entrance, dirty surfaces from elevator and walkways to entrance. The least desirable of the seven places we stayed at in Italy. Not luxury.
