Even though the apartment is a studio, it has a very good layout with a clear sense of a living room, kitchen and bedroom. Good-sized bathroom. Very functional apartment. Generally speaking the location is great. It's a great neighbourhood. You are close to a very nice "plaza" and within reasonable walking distance to everything.
I cannot recall how explicitly it is mentioned in the ad, but the apartment is on street level on a semi-busy street - in terms of passers-by. I found the street noise manageable during the week days, and on Saturdays where the nearby bars flow into the street (as to be expected in Madrid), I found it easy to use ear plugs.

Great location, comfort and facilities. Easy communication and problem solving.
There were stains in the duvets and sheets. They were changed but the quality could be better. Also, there could be at least some salt and minimum stuff to cook available. But it was a great stay.

Very nice and clean,nice location near supermarket,pharmacy, the metro is near
The only negative is that is on the first floor, but it has good locking of the door
