Die Lage ist super wenn man einiges sehen und unternehmen will, zur Kathedrale parkhaus sind es 10 Minuten Fahrt gewesen - also top! Die für uns schönsten buchten / Strände waren so in 40-60 Minuten erreichbar - wobei wenn man Ahnung hat bestimmt auch etwas näheres tolles gibt !
Die Gastgeber und auch das ganze Personal sind super lieb ! Und es wird auf alles eingegangen - also wenn etwas nicht passt , zögert nicht es einfach mitzuteilen !
Es gab bei uns einige Kleinigkeiten , die zwar nicht gravierend waren aber uns innerhalb der 2 Wochen doch aufgefallen sind - wir haben es dann am Ende einfach beschreiben …. Und die Eigentümer haben dann sofort reagiert und alles in die Wege geleitet das am selben Tag noch alles repariert usw. Wird!
Also alles in allem sind alle sehr bemüht!

Although the villa is excellent and no complaints there… it is in quite part of Palma and you will need a car if you’re going to venture out.

The villa has everything you may need for a great stay. It’s well equipped, has enough sun beds, sun umbrellas, enough kitchen plates, dishes, coffee machine (espresso) etc.
Everything was good….no negative points really

I’ve really had to think about this as I don’t like to be too negative but we were very disappointed (and upset) about certain aspects of the villa. We didn’t mention this on holiday as didn’t see the point as it couldn’t be changed, plus we also saw the comments made about a previous guest who scored it a 1 (a 1 was unfair but they equally had some valid points, some of which I have not mentioned).
Air conditioning - it states in the advert on booking.com that the villa had air conditioning. What they fail to tell you is that it’s ONLY in the bedrooms. It’s was over 30 degrees in our week and the lounge area and kitchen were so hot it was uncomfortable, especially with a young child. We actually bought a decent fan (€45) for the lounge which helped a little and we left in the villa for future guests. We would have struggled without this, but this should be mentioned to guests as we 100% would not have booked knowing this (and will ensure we actually ask specifically this question in all future villa bookings)
Pictures of Villa on booking.com - we booked this Villa based on the pictures in the advert. On arriving, whilst it is the same Villa, it’s made to look ALOT more luxurious in the photos than it really is.

Sofa - in the advert it’s white, clean, plump and looks great. The current sofa (whilst the frame is the same) the cushions have literally had there day! There is no stuffing left in the seated area (obs due to use) but it’s like sitting on a wooden bench, which made it really uncomfortable to spend any period of time on the sofa, plus it just looked old. I have taken a picture of this area the same as the advert looks and you will see what I mean. Even the rug was different and old and needed properly cleaning.
Dining room area - again it’s the same table and chairs in advert BUT it’s old and has some chairs that should really be binned due to their condition (again see pictures).
