The staff were very polite and helpful. The facilities were clean and up to standard. Perfect location, not too far from the airport.
I loved my entire experience. I will definitely be visiting again in 2027 and already looking at my calendar.

It was conveniently located across from the bus terminal. The welcome drink was a nice touch. The room was large. The bed was comfortable. The room had a minibar and a safe. The spa and pool areas were great. There was a changing room. A robe, slippers, and a towel were provided. I was the only person in the indoor pool and hotbtub. There is also a sauna, massage rooms, and hammam. The hotel arranged an early morning taxi to the airport for me. They also provided a boxed breakfast since I was leaving early.
I was not a fan of the step in the room.

The staff was very welcoming and respectful, the food is pretty decent aswell we tried there vegetarian pizza was actually really good.
Spa facilities were adequate, yet the pool and jacuzzi seemed poorly maintained over time. We experienced a water blockage in the room; it was resolved promptly but caused us to lose a reservation elsewhere, and no compensation was offered for the disruption.
