The location was good with many little shops and 7-11 nearby. It's very clean and quiet.
I prefer dark curtain or blinds. I'm not used to the light paper 'window' that it's not dark at all. In the photos, some rooms have beds and I had the mattress on the floor. Bed would have been preferred as we could put luggage under the bed. We had 4 people so it's a bit crowded with our luggage a bit all over the place.

Super Lage in einem ruhigen Viertel. Wir waren im
Familienzimmer und fanden es super! Tolles Preisleistungsverhältnis. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen!

Location to Gion, Nishiki and Poncho Alley. Lovely couple who couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended.
Only drawback was our fault. My wife overpacked and we were on the 3rd floor but the couple insisted on taking our luggage up so it wasn't an issue and the stairs did us good as it worked off some of the food we ate.
