Our detached vacation home offers plenty of space with 125 square meters of living area and was completely renovated in 2022 with great attention to detail. The house is furnished in a modern country style and features a garden with seating on the southwestern-facing terrace, perfect for unwinding.

From the spacious, bright entryway, you enter our fully equipped country-style kitchen-diner.

The spacious living and dining room, with its centrally located wood-burning stove, is the heart of the home and invites you to linger and enjoy cozy get-togethers. From here, the view opens up to the garden, and you have direct access to the patio and the garden. Charming antiques, comfortable armchairs, and a sofa characterize this room. You can see the wood-burning stove from both the spacious dining table and the sofa.

On the first floor, there is also a small but charming shower room with a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet.

The utility room is also located on the first floor. There, you’ll find a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.

A total of three stylishly furnished bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the vacation home:

Bedroom 1:
- Double bed, 1.80 m x 2.00 m, including bedding, spacious closet, blackout pleated blinds and blackout curtains, fly screen

Bedroom 2:
- Two single beds, 0.9 m x 2.00 m, including bedding, dresser, blackout curtains, fly screens

Bedroom 3:
- one pull-out bed with two 0.80 m x 2.00 m mattresses, including bedding, blackout pleated shades and blackout curtains, fly screens

Additionally, a spacious, bright bathroom awaits you on the upper floor, featuring a shower, bathtub, toilet, and sink. Of course, the amenities also include a hair dryer as well as one shower towel and one hand towel per guest.

In addition, the vacation home is stocked with a starter supply of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, and trash bags, as well as various cleaning supplies.
The vacation home offers both a drip coffee maker and a pod coffee machine (Senseo).
We’re happy to provide ground coffee, coffee filters, and a small selection of teas to get you started!

For a young guest, a high chair, a travel crib with a mattress, and a step stool for the sink are available.

The small, lockable garden shed provides storage space for bicycles. Here you can conveniently charge your e-bikes. There’s also a small charcoal grill for relaxing barbecue evenings.

In front of the house, there’s plenty of space to park up to 2 cars (we do NOT offer charging for electric cars).

We have a self-check-in system. You’ll receive the code for the key safe via text message before your arrival.
When you check out, you can simply return the key to the key safe.

The village of Bothmer is located in the Aller-Leine Valley, in the southwest of the Lüneburg Heath—surrounded by vast marshlands, forests, and meadows. From here, you can quickly reach many exciting amusement parks, go on long bike rides or hikes, take a canoe trip on the Aller or the Leine, or simply relax and unwind.

Bothmer is conveniently located just 7 km from the A7 highway.
Schwarmstedt train station is only 3 km away. From there, you can reach Hannover Central Station in just 32 minutes by regional train.
Hannover Airport is a convenient 30-minute drive away, and the Hannover Exhibition Center is 40 minutes away. After a busy day at a trade show or in the office, you can relax here with us in Bothmer amidst beautiful nature, go for walks, ride a bike, or unwind along the banks of the Leine or Aller rivers.
