Location was ok. Swimming pools and saunas were good. SPA was good as well. Food was really good. Breakfast fantastic and buffet dinner really tasty.
I was very disappointed with the quality of the room, especially as I had paid extra for a LUX room. The carpets were heavily stained and appeared unhygienic, while the room itself felt dated and in need of significant refurbishment.
Considering the price of 1,000 PLN (approximately £200) per night, I expected a much higher standard of accommodation. Unfortunately, the room did not meet my expectations and felt extremely overpriced for the quality provided.
Furthermore, my stay coincided with my birthday. I enquired about the possibility of receiving a discount on spa treatments and was told that a catalogue would be sent to me. Unfortunately, this never happened. I fully understand that the hotel was under no obligation to offer me a discount or any special treatment. However, even a small gesture or simply following up on the information promised would have been appreciated and would have helped make my birthday feel a little more special.
Overall, I was disappointed not only by the condition of the room but also by the lack of attention to detail and guest care. Given the price paid, I expected a much better experience and left feeling that the stay was neither worth the money nor the occasion.

Śniadania były super duży wybór dań, dużo różnych serów ,wędliny bardzo dobre .Na miejscu nie ma problemu z dokupieniem sobie obiadokolacji w formie bufetu lub jak ktoś chce a la carte. Swobodna możliwość korzystania z basenów termalnych.
Nie mam zastrzeżeń. Wszystko było ok. Jedyne co mi się nie podobało to że nie można korzystać ze strefy saun w cenie wykupionego pobytu w hotelu. Jeszcze jedno co mi się nie podobało to ,że do obiadokolacji napoje są płatne. Marzę o tym aby w naszym kraju można sobie wykupić opcję all inclusive.

raňajky veľmi veľmi super neskutočné veľký výber , chutné stále dopĺňané ochotný personál , raňajky klobúk dole
absolutne neprofesionálne je keď sme dvaja na izbe tak tam má byť čaj káva po dva páre , ak je chladnička naplnená alkoholom orieškami a nemáme si kde naliať vodu víno a ani misku na oriešky a ešte treba pohárik na zubné kefky ( len mám obavu či sa to bude vôbec riešiť ? )
