Our Apartment 7 on the first floor was renovated in the winter of 2024–25 and now shines in new splendor. At approximately 37 square meters, the apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay for up to 3 people (2 adults and 1 child up to 8 years old). The new, modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven with a built-in microwave, a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.

After an enjoyable dinner at the large dining table in the separate sunroom, you can wind down the evening on the new, cozy sofa. The sofa can later be converted in a flash into a sleeping area (sleeping surface 69 x 180 cm) for a third guest.

In the bedroom, a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) invites you to enjoy restful nights. A spacious closet provides plenty of storage space for your wardrobe. From the bedroom, you can step out onto your furnished balcony (north-facing) for even more open space.

The en suite bathroom, also recently renovated, features a shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rack, and a hair dryer—ideal for a great start to the day.

Wi-Fi and a parking space are, of course, included in the price. For our youngest guests up to and including 2 years of age, we’re happy to provide a high chair and/or a crib free of charge upon request.

From the very first day of your vacation, the cozy and modern furnishings of the house will ensure your relaxation. In Germany’s sunniest region, we offer 12 renovated apartments for 2 to 4 people, all with flexible booking options. We’ve also got you covered for getting around: parking spaces right next to the building and lockable bike storage are available free of charge.

Apartments 1, 2, and 3 were tastefully modernized in 2022, and apartments 5 through 12 were modernized in 2025. Apartment 4 underwent a partial renovation in 2025.

In apartments 1–5, 7, and 8, a maximum of 2 pets are allowed for a fee. The dog beach is located just 800 meters away toward Bansin.

Experience the healthy seaside climate, stroll along the lively beach promenade or through beautiful nature reserves, and enjoy the unique seaside resort architecture of the Kaiserbad. Visit the Heringsdorf pier, which is within walking distance, and the Usedom Baltic Sea Spa is also just a few kilometers away.
